Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 180 degrees.
  2. Put the tuna in a fine sieve and use a fork to squeeze out the juice. Now take a bowl and add the eggs, low-fat quark and tuna. Season the dough with salt and pepper. Mix the ingredients well with a fork. Then spread the dough in a circle on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Put the baking sheet in the oven for 30 minutes.
  3. In the meantime, cut the mushrooms, onion and mozzarella into slices.
  4. After 30 minutes, take the dough out of the oven. IMPORTANT: Remove the dough from the baking paper now so that you can put the pizza on a plate more easily afterwards. Put the tomato puree on the dough. Then top the pizza with the mushrooms, onions and mozzarella. Now push the pizza back into the oven for 10-15 minutes.
  5. Take the pizza out of the oven and cut it into bite-sized pieces. Don`t be surprised if there is some water on the baking paper. The water comes from the mushrooms and the tomato puree. Nevertheless, the dough is firm and you can easily eat the pizza slices by hand.
  6. Enjoy the meal!
