Ingredients

  • 500g flour
  • 2 teaspoons, leveled salt
  • 1 packet yeast
  • 1 pinch (s) sugar
  • 250 ml water, lukewarm
  • 5 tablespoon oil
  • 2 cans tuna, in its own juice
  • 2 packs sheep`s cheese
  • 1 bag / s cheese (pizza cheese)
  • 1 can tomato paste or pizza sauce
  • 1 large onion (s)

Instructions

  1. Mix the flour, salt, yeast, sugar, water and oil together and let stand covered for about 30 minutes. Roll out the dough on a baking sheet and brush with tomato paste or pizza sauce if you like.
  2. Drain the tuna and spread on the pizza. Cut the onions and place over the tuna. Crumble the sheep`s cheese with a fork or a pounder (here it is a good idea to roughly cut the cheese with a knife first) and place on the pizza. Finally, top the pizza cheese on top and put it in the oven at 180 ° C for about 20 minutes.
  3. If things have to go quickly, ready-made pizza dough from the refrigerated shelf will do the job.
