Ingredients

  • 1 iceberg lettuce
  • 250 g mozzarella
  • 1 can tuna, fillets (drained weight approx. 80 g) natural without oil
  • 10 cherry tomato (s)
  • 0.5 ½ bunch parsley, smooth
  • 1 lime (s)
  • olive oil
  • sea-salt
  • Pepper from the grinder

Instructions

  1. Wash the lettuce and cut into bite-sized pieces. Wash the tomatoes and cut them in half. Chop the parsley into small pieces. Cut the mozzarella into slices.
  2. The vinaigrette is made as follows: squeeze the lime and mix the juice well with 3-4 tablespoons of olive oil and the chopped parsley.
  3. Spread the salad on flat plates. Spread the tomato pieces and the mozzarella on top. Now sprinkle everything with the sea salt and pepper from the mill. Finally, finely sprinkle the tuna over the top and drizzle the vinaigrette over the composition.
  4. Ciabatta goes well with this.
