Tuna Sandwich

Sandwich with canned tuna, sun-dried and fresh tomatoes, onions and capers.
Ingredients
Directions
- Chop the sun-dried tomatoes.
- Chop the capers.
- Cut fresh tomatoes into cubes.
- Finely chop the onion.
- Put chopped tuna in a bowl, add sun-dried tomatoes.
- Add capers.
- Add onions and tomatoes. Season with salt and pepper.
Drizzle with oil. Sprinkle with vinegar. To stir thoroughly.
- Cut the buns into two halves. Put the tuna mixture on the bottom half. Cover the tuna sandwich with the other half.
- The tuna sandwich is ready.
