Tuna Sandwich

Sandwich with canned tuna, sun-dried and fresh tomatoes, onions and capers.

Ingredients

  • Buns – 4 pcs.
  • Tomatoes – 3 pcs.
  • Canned tuna in oil – 50 g
  • Red onion – 3 pcs.
  • Sun-dried tomatoes (dried) – 2-3 pcs.
  • Capers – 1 handful
  • Olive oil
  • Vinegar
  • Salt – 1 pinch
  • Pepper

Directions

  1. Chop the sun-dried tomatoes.
  2. Chop the capers.
  3. Cut fresh tomatoes into cubes.
  4. Finely chop the onion.
  5. Put chopped tuna in a bowl, add sun-dried tomatoes.
  6. Add capers.
  7. Add onions and tomatoes. Season with salt and pepper.
    Drizzle with oil. Sprinkle with vinegar. To stir thoroughly.
  8. Cut the buns into two halves. Put the tuna mixture on the bottom half. Cover the tuna sandwich with the other half.
  9. The tuna sandwich is ready.
