Tuna Sandwiches

Ingredients

  • Toast bread – 10-12 slices
  • Canned tuna – 150 g
  • Eggs – 3 pcs.
  • Tomatoes – 3 pcs.
  • Bulb onions – 1 pc.
  • Leaf salad – 100 g
  • Fresh dill – 2 branches
  • Fresh parsley – 2 sprigs
  • Pitted olives – 10 pcs.
  • Olive oil – 3 tbsp
  • Lemon – 1/4 pc.

How to make tuna sand birds:

Directions

  1. Cook eggs hard-boiled, cool in cold water, peel and cut the eggs into slices.
  2. My tomatoes and cut into slices.
  3. Peel the onions and cut them into small cubes.
  4. Finely chop the dill and parsley.
  5. In a separate container, mix canned tuna (if it is in pieces, knead the fish with a fork) with herbs, onions, lemon juice, and olive oil.
  6. Cut off the crusts from slices of bread.
  7. Put previously washed and dried lettuce leaves on the bread.
  8. Put tomato slices on the salad.
  9. Put egg circles on the tomatoes.
  10. Put the fish mixture on the eggs.
  11. Cut the olives in half. Decorate sandwiches with tuna, tomatoes, and eggs with halves of olives.
