- White bread slices – 8 pcs.
- Tomato slices – 8-12 pcs.
- Cheddar Cheese (Shredded) – 1 Cup (120g)
- Mayonnaise – 0.3333 cup
- Fresh parsley (chopped) – 3 tbsp
- Chives (chopped) – 2 tbsp
- Fresh tarragon (chopped) – 1-2 tbsp
- Small lemon zest – 1 teaspoon.
- Fresh lemon juice – 2 teaspoon
- Dijon mustard – 1 teaspoon
- Ground black pepper – 0.125 teaspoon.
- Melted butter – 2 tbsp

- In a medium bowl, combine mayonnaise, parsley, chives, tarragon, lemon zest, mustard, lemon juice, and black pepper. Add the broken pieces of tuna to this dressing, mix.
- Put the fish mixture on 4 slices of bread, top with the tomato slices and sprinkle with cheese, cover with the remaining slices of bread. Grease the bread slices on the outside with softened butter.
- Place the sandwiches on a baking sheet and bake the tuna sandwiches in the oven under the grill. Serve the tuna sandwiches hot.
