Tuna Sandwiches

Assemble such a sandwich and heat it up in the oven for 2 minutes.

Ingredients

Tuna, canned in pieces (drained) – 300 g
Light mayonnaise – 3 tbsp
Ground black pepper – 1/8 teaspoon.
Rye bread (fried in a toaster or pan) – 4 slices
Bacon (fried) – 4 slices
Medium avocado (sliced) – 1/4
Hard cheese (cut into slices) – 4 slices

How to make tuna sandwiches:

Directions

Turn on the oven to preheat to 200 degrees.
In a bowl, combine the tuna, mayonnaise, and black pepper. Spread this mixture over toast, and top with strips of bacon, slices of avocado, and cheese. Place sandwiches on a baking sheet.
Place a baking sheet with sandwiches in a preheated oven and bake the tuna sandwiches for about 2 minutes, until the cheese melts. Serve the tuna sandwiches immediately.
