Ingredients

  • 250 g spinach, frozen
  • 2 cans tuna, in water
  • 1 ½ teaspoon broth
  • 1 medium onion (s)
  • 1 medium clove garlic (s)
  • 200 ml cream
  • 400 ml water
  • 2 teaspoons paprika powder, noble sweet
  • 1 teaspoon curry
  • 3 packs sauce, instant (cream sauce)
  • 50 ml water for the spinach

Instructions

  1. First, dice the onion and sauté briefly with the clove of garlic in a preheated pan. Now add the spinach and pour 50 ml of water. After about 5 minutes add the tuna.
  2. Sweat it briefly and then add the cream and water. Bring everything to the boil briefly and then stir in the packets with cream sauce.
  3. This goes well with rice, but also hash browns.
