Tuna Spread for Sandwiches

Summary

Ingredients

• Toast bread, sliced
• 2 cans tuna in water a 00g (drained weight 155 g / can)
• 1 medium onion (s), peeled and finely chopped
• 1 teaspoon capers, very finely chopped
• 2 tablespoon chives, finely chopped
• 5 tablespoon mayonnaise
• 3 tablespoon cream
• some salt and pepper, whiter

For decoration:

• Olives
• Egg (s), boiled
• Cucumber (noun)
• some powder, (Sulzpulver), possibly

Instructions

1. Put all ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix well with the mixer. The spread should be fine and creamy, but still easy to spread.
2. If necessary, season with salt and pepper. Mix again.
3. Then spread the mixture on slices of toast, garnish if you like with boiled egg slices, pickle slices, olive slices.
4. The sandwiches can also be coated with brawn (but it doesn`t have to be).
