Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 4 tuna steaks (150 g each)
  • salt
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 150 g brunch
  • 75 ml fish stock or poultry stock
  • 1 teaspoon lemon pepper

Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a pan. Put the tuna steaks in the pan and sear them for approx. 1 minute on each side (no longer, otherwise the tuna will be very dry). Shift down and cook for another 2 minutes on each side. Salt the steaks, remove them from the pan and keep warm.
  2. Dissolve the stock with vinegar, immediately add the brunch and fish stock (or poultry stock) and stir in the lemon pepper.
  3. Pour the sauce on the tuna steaks and serve. Potatoes and colorful vegetables go well with it.
