Instructions

  1. Dice the onion and sauté in one tablespoon of warmed olive oil until golden brown.
  2. Chop the tomatoes at random and finely chop the garlic. Add vegetables to the pan, season and fry for about 10 minutes over low heat until the tomatoes are softened. Make sure that they do not completely lose their shape, otherwise the sauce will not turn out very beautiful.
  3. Season the steaks and brush with olive oil, fry in a pan or grill for one minute on each side.
  4. Place fish and tomatoes on plates and sprinkle with finely chopped onions.

About Editorial Staff

The Boss Kitchen editorial staff oversees content review, fact-checking, and recipe verification across the site. Published articles pass through the editorial team before going live, ensuring ingredient lists, techniques, cooking times, and nutritional claims hold up in a home kitchen. The team coordinates contributions across the site writers, handles reader corrections, and maintains consistency in measurement conventions, safety guidance, and dietary labeling. Posts under this byline typically represent team-reviewed reference material, site announcements, or editorial roundups rather than individual-author features, and they are held to the same sourcing standards as bylined recipe and product coverage.
