Ingredients

  • 300 g tomato (s)
  • 200 g bell pepper (s), sweet and hot
  • 1 medium onion (s)
  • 100 g tuna
  • 2 hard-boiled egg (s)
  • 10 olives
  • 1 teaspoon capers
  • 2 tablespoon caraway seeds (garden cumin Carvi or Karwia)
  • 3 tablespoon olive oil
  • 0.5 ½ lemon (n)
  • 2 cloves garlic

Instructions

  1. Wash the tomatoes and peppers, peel the onions and grill them on the charcoal grill. Then carefully peel off the skin, remove the seeds and chop the vegetables into fine pieces. Mash the garlic and mix with the garden cumin and a large pinch of salt. Add the garlic paste and a few drops of lemon juice to the vegetables. Mix everything well and pour oil over it. Then top the salad with tuna, olives, capers and the hard-boiled eggs. Serve cool.
