Cheese sandwiches, turkey and avocado recipe. These sandwiches are very filling, avocado, turkey and cheese contain carbohydrates that will keep you full for a long time.

Ingredients
Butter (room temperature) – 2 tbsp
Garlic (chopped) – 1 teaspoon
Chili Flakes – 1/2 teaspoon
Egg (slightly beaten) – 1 pc.
Whole milk – 1/4 cup
Parmesan cheese (chopped on a coarse grater) – 1 glass
French bread – 4 slices
Boiled or smoked turkey meat (cut into thin slices) – 180 g
Avocado (peeled and pitted and cut into thin slices) – 1/2 pc.
Cilantro leaves (finely chopped) – 1 tbsp
Münster cheese (cut into thin strips) – 2 slices
Directions
In a small bowl, combine butter, garlic and chili flakes. In another small bowl, combine eggs and milk. Pour the chopped parmesan into a flat plate.
Melt half the garlic oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Take one slice of bread, dip one side into the egg mixture, dip the same side in grated Parmesan and put the cheese side in the pan. Repeat with another slice of bread and add to the pan. Layer the turkey, avocado, cilantro and one slice of Münster cheese on top of the bread slices.
Dip the remaining two slices of bread with one side first in the egg and then in the Parmesan and place on top of the sandwiches in the frying pan, cheese side up. Fry the sandwiches for about 3-4 minutes, then turn over to the other cheese side, add the garlic oil and fry until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes.
