Ingredients

  • 600 g turkey meat
  • 1 broccoli, approx. 500 g
  • 1 cup cream
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 100 g cheese, rated
  • 150 ml stock, (broccoli cooking stock)
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 teaspoon, heaped flour
  • 100 g almond sticks
  • Fat, for frying

Instructions

  1. Cut the turkey meat into strips and sear them in a suitable pan. Then season with salt and pepper and pour into a baking dish.
  2. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C with top / bottom heat.
  3. Cut the broccoli into bite-sized pieces and cook in salted water for a few minutes until al dente. Drain the broccoli, catch the brew, rinse and set aside.
  4. Finely chop the onion and fry in the pan until golden brown. Dust the onions with the flour and deglaze with the cream and 150 ml broccoli stock to create a creamy sauce. Let the sauce cook for 5 minutes, stirring frequently so that it does not burn. Pour the finished sauce over the turkey strips. Pour the broccoli over the turkey strips and sprinkle with the cheese. Put the whole thing in the hot oven for 25 minutes. Then sprinkle with almond sticks and bake again for about 5 minutes (until they are golden brown).
  5. Tastes very good with a wild rice mixture!
