Ingredients

  • 250 g sliced turkey
  • 1 medium bell pepper (s)
  • 1 leek
  • 500 g veetables, frozen (imperial veetables)
  • 150 ml Cremefine, 7% fat
  • salt
  • Cayenne pepper
  • soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon oil

Instructions

  1. Cook the imperial vegetables in salted water, chop the bell peppers and cut the leek into slices.
  2. Fry the turkey strips in oil. As soon as it is done, add all the vegetables. Season with soy sauce, cayenne pepper and salt and fry a little more. Finally stir in the cremefine and simmer only briefly.
