Ingredients

  • 1 kg broccoli
  • 200 g mushrooms
  • 2 onions)
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 50 g cheese, rated
  • 3 egg (s)
  • 100 ml whipped cream
  • 150 ml milk
  • salt and pepper

  • 400 g turkey breast fillet (s)

Instructions

  1. Separate and wash the florets from the broccoli. Then bring the water to the boil in a saucepan and briefly blanch the florets in it. Preheat the oven to 150 degrees. Peel and chop the onions and garlic, chop the mushrooms. Cut the turkey breast or the vegetarian alternative into smaller pieces.
  2. Take a baking dish and place the chopped ingredients in it. Mix the grated cheese with the eggs, milk and cream and spread over the top. Bake at 150 degrees for about 30 minutes.
