Ingredients

  • 600 g turkey breast, cut into 3 pieces
  • 1 tablespoon, heaped Dijon mustard with no added sugar
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste with no added sugar
  • 0.5 ½ lemon (s), juice it
  • Sea salt or Himalayan salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder, noble sweet
  • possibly spice (s) your choice

Instructions

  1. First preheat the oven to 220 ° C (convection with grill). Then put some water in a baking dish or a tall baking sheet. About 1 - 2 mm, just enough to cover the entire sheet or the mold.
  2. Mix the mustard with the tomato paste and lemon juice in a bowl. The more mustard you take, the hotter the meat will be in the end.
  3. Then distribute the turkey breast on the tray or in the tin and brush with the mustard and tomato mixture. Then season properly with sea salt, pepper, noble sweet paprika powder and, if you like, with other spices (e.g. gyros and meat-herb mixture).
  4. Bake everything for about 25 - 30 minutes (depending on the oven). A large salad goes well with it.
