Ingredients

  • 500 g turkey meat
  • 100 ml condensed milk, 4%
  • 1 banana (s)
  • Curry powder
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 tablespoon oil

Instructions

  1. Cut the turkey meat into small pieces, pepper and fry in the oil until crispy. Scatter 1 teaspoon of curry powder on top and turn again. Pour the condensed milk (like a cream substitute) over it. Add another 3 teaspoons of curry to the sauce and stir. Crush the banana and add to the turkey curry. Simmer until the sauce is creamy. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  2. Serve with rice and a nice green salad.
