Ingredients

  • 500 g turkey breast fillet (s)
  • 2 cans tangerine (s)
  • Vegetable broth, instant
  • Curry powder
  • salt
  • 1 can coconut milk
  • 1 tablespoon margarine for frying
  • 200 g cream
  • 250 g rice
  • possibly sauce thickener

Instructions

  1. Bring the water with the vegetable stock to a boil and cook the rice in it.
  2. Cut the turkey breast fillet into small pieces. In a heated pan, drain the fat, add curry powder to the fat and immediately add the pieces of meat. Fry on all sides.
  3. When the meat is done, add the mandarins to the meat together with the juice. Now add the coconut milk (does not have to) and the cream and stir the whole thing.
  4. Season the sauce with vegetable stock, plenty of curry powder and salt to taste. Bring to the boil once and, if necessary, thicken with a sauce thickener.
  5. Serve immediately, with the rice.
