Turkey Escalope Casserole

• 4 turkey schnitzel
• 1 cup cream
• 2 tablespoon tomato ketchup
• 2 tablespoon tomato paste
• 1 teaspoon curry
• 1 can / s fruit, drained, your choice (peaches, pineapple )
• 150 g cheese, rated
• salt and pepper

Instructions

1. Season turkey schnitzel and place in the baking dish.
2. Make a sauce from cream, ketchup, tomato paste, curry powder, salt and pepper.
3. Cover the schnitzel with fruit and pour the sauce over it.
4. Cook for 30 minutes at 160 degrees.
5. Pour cheese over it and bake for another 15 minutes.
