Ingredients

  • 4 turkey schnitzel
  • 300 g mushrooms, sliced
  • 200 g ham, cooked, cut into fine strips
  • 150 g cheese (Gouda), rated
  • 4 tablespoon butter
  • salt and pepper
  • some oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Cut four pieces of aluminum foil (approx. 30 cm x 30 cm) and spread 1 tablespoon of butter on each.
  2. Salt and pepper the turkey escalope and fry briefly in oil. Place one schnitzel on each of the aluminum foil. Then put the mushrooms in the pan, add a little salt and pepper and cook covered until the liquid has evaporated. Add ham and cheese, mix well and spread over the schnitzel. Fold the aluminum foil up into a package, place on a baking sheet and cook in a preheated oven at 200 ° C for about half an hour.
  3. Serve with croquettes, potato noodles or rice.
