Ingredients

  • 400 g mushrooms, fresh
  • 4 tablespoon parsley, chopped
  • 10 tablespoon soy sauce
  • pepper
  • 4 turkey breast fillet (s), together approx. 750 g
  • 4 tablespoon oil

Instructions

  1. Clean, wash and slice the mushrooms. Mix with parsley, 4 tablespoons of soy sauce and pepper.
  2. Cut a pocket into each fillet with a sharp knife. Put the mushroom filling in the pocket and stick it with wooden sticks.
  3. Place the filled fillets on a plate and coat them thickly with the rest of the soy sauce. Let it steep for about 30 minutes, turning the fillets in between.
  4. Then brush with the oil and fry in the oven at 175 ° for about 20-30 minutes until crispy brown.
  5. Ribbon noodles as well as mixed rice / wild rice are suitable as a side dish.
