  • 500 g turkey breast (alternatively also pork or chicken)
  • 2 red pepper (s)
  • 1 packet feta cheese
  • 2 packs sauce powder (tomato sauce)
  • 250 ml cream
  • 250 ml milk

Instructions

  1. Wash turkey breast in cold water. Remove from fat and tendons, then dice and distribute in a baking dish. Clean the peppers and cut into thin strips. Dice the feta cheese and spread both over the meat. Dissolve the sauce powder with milk and cream and pour over the meat.
  2. Baked at approx. 200 ° C in a preheated oven for 30-40 minutes.
  3. Rösti and a fresh mixed salad go well with it.
