Instructions

  1. Wash the cucumber, pat dry, cut in half lengthways and scrape out the seeds with a spoon. Halve the halves lengthways again and then cut or slice them into thin slices. Mix the yogurt with 3 tablespoons of lemon juice in a large bowl and squeeze 2 cloves of garlic, put the other aside. Mix in the cucumber slices and season everything with salt and pepper.
  2. Wash the turkey schnitzel, dry it with kitchen paper and cut into fine strips. Mix oregano and salt in a bowl with olive oil. Squeeze in the clove of garlic that was set aside and mix again (you can help with your hand if necessary). With the seasoned turkey gyros just squeeze the garlic. Heat a pan and fry the meat in it until crispy without any additional fat (add a little fat to the seasoned gyros). After roasting, drizzle the remaining lemon juice over the meat and let it cool.
  3. Add the noodles with the turkey meat to the tzatziki sauce, mix everything well and season to taste again.
  4. Wash the lettuce leaves, shake dry and cut into fine strips. Peel and halve the onion and cut into fine half rings. Wash the tomato, cut in half, core and cut into strips.
  5. Arrange the pasta salad with lettuce strips, onion rings and tomato strips.
