Ingredients

  • 1 kg turkey breast
  • 2 egg (s)
  • oil
  • 2 onions)
  • 2 apples
  • 2 tablespoon, leveled curry powder
  • 250 ml chicken stock, instant
  • 250 ml cream
  • salt and pepper
  • Chili powder
  • 2 cans tangerine (s), 175 g drained weight each

Instructions

  1. Cut turkey meat into cubes. Separate eggs, set egg yolks aside. Turn the meat in the egg white and drain. Heat the oil in a pan and brown the meat in portions (in small amounts).
  2. In the meantime, peel and finely dice the onions and apples. Put the mandarins in a colander. The juice is not needed.
  3. Take the meat out of the pan. Sauté the onions and apples in the hot frying fat. Add the curry powder and deglaze with the chicken stock. Pour in the cream and season with salt, pepper and chili powder.
  4. Cover and simmer over low heat for about 5 minutes. The apple pieces should not be completely overcooked. Then add the meat and the drained mandarins to the sauce and heat for another 5 minutes. Layer the sauce with the egg yolk.
  5. In addition, basmati rice and, if you like, mango chutney.
  6. Also tastes good to those who do not like fruit in their food, as it does not taste sweet.
