Instructions

  1. Cut the turkey breast into cubes or strips and fry in a pan with sunflower oil.
  2. Cut the peppers and zucchini into cubes and fry them briefly. Put everything in a separate bowl so that the pan is free again. There then melt the butter over low heat. As soon as the butter has melted, stir in the flour. Stir the broth into the mixture. Add the sour cream and stir.
  3. Pour the sauce over the meat and vegetables and cook in the pan for about 20 minutes. Season to taste with salt, pepper and parsley.
  4. Tastes good with rice, spaetzle or noodles.

About Editorial Staff

The Boss Kitchen editorial staff oversees content review, fact-checking, and recipe verification across the site. Published articles pass through the editorial team before going live, ensuring ingredient lists, techniques, cooking times, and nutritional claims hold up in a home kitchen. The team coordinates contributions across the site writers, handles reader corrections, and maintains consistency in measurement conventions, safety guidance, and dietary labeling. Posts under this byline typically represent team-reviewed reference material, site announcements, or editorial roundups rather than individual-author features, and they are held to the same sourcing standards as bylined recipe and product coverage.
