Ingredients

  • 1 kg turkey breast fillet (s) or chicken breast fillet
  • 1 large can peach (s)
  • 500 g cheese, rated (Gouda)
  • 1 bottle curry sauce (250 ml)
  • 0.75 ¾ Bottle chili sauce, (Texicana Salsa)
  • 500 ml cream
  • salt and pepper
  • oil

Instructions

  1. Dice the meat, fry it all over in a little oil and season with salt and pepper. Dice the peaches. Put the curry sauce, Texicana sauce and cream in a bowl and stir well.
  2. Put the roasted meat in a baking dish, spread the peaches on top and add a little bit of the juice, but not too much. Scatter most of the cheese on top. Pour the sauce over the casserole and sprinkle the rest of the cheese on top. Cover and bake in the oven preheated to 200 ° for approx. 45 minutes, then bake openly for the last 10 minutes.
  3. Serve with rice.
