Ingredients

  • 4 thin turkey schnitzel
  • 4 slices ham, raw (Black Forest etc.)
  • 4 slices cheese (butter cheese or whatever is there)
  • 8 basil leaves
  • 2 tomato (s)
  • olive oil
  • salt and pepper
  • Herbs, dried Italian

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees (convection).
  2. Beat turkey escalope and season lightly with salt and pepper. Quarter and core the tomatoes and cut into strips.
  3. Spread out 4 pieces of aluminum foil about 40 cm long and brush the first third in the middle thinly with olive oil. Sprinkle the dried herbs and a little pepper from the mill on the oil. Top each schnitzel with a slice of ham and a slice of cheese. Place 2-3 tomato strips and 2 basil leaves on one end of the schnitzel and roll it up. Place the schnitzel rolls on each piece of aluminum foil and roll this up as well; the ends are twisted together like a crackers.
  4. Place on a baking sheet and bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes.
