Ingredients

  • 8 turkey schnitzel, thin
  • 8 slices cooked ham
  • 8 slices cheese, e.g., Gouda
  • 2 handfuls herbs, chopped e.g., parsley
  • 200 ml whipped cream
  • olive oil
  • some beer to deglaze
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Beat the turkey schnitzel a little thinner and season with salt. Place a slice of ham and cheese on top and sprinkle with chopped herbs. Roll up the meat and fix it with toothpicks.
  2. Put some oil in the pan and fry the roulades until golden brown on each side. Deglaze with a little beer, put the lid on the pan and let it fry for 10 minutes. Pour on the whipped cream and season with salt and pepper. Let it simmer for 10-15 minutes. Add the remaining herbs to the whipped cream.
  3. Potatoes and vegetables go well with it.
