Ingredients

  • 4 small turkey schnitzel (150 g each)
  • salt and pepper
  • 6 tablespoon olive oil
  • 4 teaspoons pesto
  • 2 tablespoon pine nuts
  • 2 beefsteak tomato (s)
  • 150 g mozzarella
  • 2 tablespoon basil

Instructions

  1. Halve the turkey escalope, rub in the pepper and place on a baking sheet greased with about 3 tablespoons of olive oil. Brush the meat with pesto and sprinkle with pine nuts.
  2. Wash the tomatoes, cut them into slices and remove the stalks. Cut the mozzarella into slices. Place a tomato slice and a slice of mozzarella on each schnitzel, season with a little salt and pepper and drizzle with the remaining olive oil.
  3. Fry in a preheated oven at 180 ° C for about 15-20 minutes. Serve sprinkled with basil. This dish is easy to prepare and is therefore ideal for entertaining guests.
