Instructions

  1. Clean and wash the leek and cut into thin rings. Then peel and cook the potatoes.
  2. In the meantime, melt the herb butter in the pan and add the turkey schnitzel. When the meat is almost done cooked, briefly add the leek to the pan. Season with salt and pepper and sauté. Then take the pan off the hob. Put the meat in a baking dish and pour the leek over it. Finally, sprinkle with cheese and bake in a preheated oven at 200 ° degrees until the cheese has melted golden yellow.
  3. Drain the potatoes just before the meat is done. Arrange on plates with the meat and serve immediately.

About Editorial Staff

The Boss Kitchen editorial staff oversees content review, fact-checking, and recipe verification across the site. Published articles pass through the editorial team before going live, ensuring ingredient lists, techniques, cooking times, and nutritional claims hold up in a home kitchen. The team coordinates contributions across the site writers, handles reader corrections, and maintains consistency in measurement conventions, safety guidance, and dietary labeling. Posts under this byline typically represent team-reviewed reference material, site announcements, or editorial roundups rather than individual-author features, and they are held to the same sourcing standards as bylined recipe and product coverage.
