Ingredients

  • 4 turkey schnitzel
  • 4 peppers, colored
  • 3 onion (s)

  • 200 g sour cream
  • 2 teaspoons vegetable stock
  • oregano

Instructions

  1. Wash meat, pat dry. Clean and wash the peppers and cut into pieces. Peel and roughly dice the onions.
  2. Fry the schnitzel on both sides in 2 tablespoons of hot oil in a large pan. Season with salt and pepper, remove. Fry the onions and peppers in the frying fat. Sweat the flour in it. Stir in the water, sour cream and broth. Bring to the boil and simmer for about 5 minutes.
