Ingredients

  • 600 g turkey breast
  • 150 g onion (s)
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 750 g broccoli
  • 1 garlic
  • 1 lemon (s), juice it
  • 100 ml chicken broth
  • 200 g whipped cream
  • 1 tablespoon sauce thickener
  • 100 g sheep cheese
  • Lemon pepper
  • some sugar
  • 20 g butter
  • 20 g almond (s), sliced

Instructions

  1. Rinse the meat, pat dry, dice. Peel the onion, cut into wedges. Place the meat and onion alternately on 8 kebab skewers. Season with salt and pepper. Heat the oil and fry the skewers for approx. 10 minutes while turning.
  2. Clean the broccoli, cut into florets, wash. Then cook in salted water for 6-8 minutes. After draining, rinse in cold water and set aside. Take the skewers out of the pan, but keep them warm in the oven at 150 degrees. Peel the garlic, chop it finely and fry briefly in the frying fat. Pour in lemon juice, stock and whipped cream. Bring to the boil briefly, stir in the sauce thickener. Crumble the cheese and add to the sauce, season with lemon pepper and sugar. Melt the butter in the pan, brown the flaked almonds briefly, add the broccoli and toss in them.
