Ingredients

  • 0.5 ½ bunch spring onion (s)
  • 400 g cherry tomato (s)
  • 400 g mushrooms, small
  • 300 g turkey breast fillet (s)
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • salt and pepper
  • 500 ml vegetable stock
  • 150 g double cream cheese
  • 0.5 ½ bunch basil
  • 300 g noodles (e.. ribbon noodles)

Instructions

  1. Cut the turkey meat in strips and the spring onions diagonally into rings. Halve tomatoes and mushrooms. Cut the basil into fine strips except for a few leaves for garnish.
  2. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the turkey breast strips in it. Salt and pepper. Add spring onions and mushrooms and fry for another 2 minutes. Deglaze with vegetable stock. Stir in the cream cheese and simmer for 5 minutes. Possibly thicken a little. To taste.
  3. In the meantime, cook the pasta al dente.
  4. Add tomatoes and basil strips to the strips. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  5. Serve with the pasta and garnish with the rest of the basil.
