  • Turkey wings – 5 pcs.
  • Pomegranate – 1 pc.
  • Garlic – 5 teeth.
  • Ginger root – 1 piece
  • Parsley greens – 1 small bunch
  • Soy sauce – 3 tablespoons
  • Olive oil – 3 tablespoons
  • Mustard – 1 tablespoon
  • Salt

  1. Free the pomegranate seeds from the films. Peel the garlic and a piece of ginger. Get rid of parsley from hard legs
  2. Put all ingredients in a small blender bowl and chop until smooth.
  3. Add mustard, soy sauce and oil. Salt a little and mix everything thoroughly
  4. Wash the wings, cut into 2 parts and marinate for at least 2-3 hours (the longer the better).
  5. Transfer the wings to a refractory mold and pour the marinade filtered through a fine sieve (this will allow us to get rid of the remaining pomegranate seeds).
  6. Bake the turkey wings in the oven at 200 degrees for about 40-50 minutes. Turn the wings over halfway through the time.
