- Cut the turkey fillet into large pieces. Grind the fillet with a meat grinder.
- Finely chop the onion
- Fry the onions in vegetable oil until transparent. Add the sliced garlic, stir and fry for another 1 minute.
- Add minced turkey, stir and fry until the liquid evaporates.
- Cut the courgettes and lightly salted cucumbers into large semicircles.
- Cut the tomatoes in half, and then cut each half across.
- Add zucchini, cucumbers, and tomatoes to the minced meat. Season with salt and pepper, add Italian herbs.
- Stir, bring to a boil, and simmer for 30 minutes uncovered.
- Add parsley leaves, stir. Cover with a lid, turn off the heat, and let stand for 10 minutes.
- Add mozzarella and parsley leaves to a plate with a ready-made turkey dish with vegetables.
