Ingredients

  • 300 g turkey schnitzel
  • 0.5 ½ head white cabbage
  • 5 carrot (s)
  • 1 bunch spring onion (s)
  • Oil, for frying
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Cut the turkey schnitzel into small strips / cubes. Then fry in hot oil. After frying, season well with salt and pepper from the mill. Cut the cabbage into fine strips and add to the meat. Let it sear for about 5 minutes over medium heat so that the herb is just soft and no longer tastes raw. Now take the heat away. Then fold in the peeled, quartered and sliced carrots and the spring onions cut into rings. Let everything steep briefly and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Rice goes very well with this.
