Ingredients

  • 3 zucchini
  • 1 medium onion (s), red, halved, cut into fine strips
  • 3 clove (s) garlic, finely chopped
  • 4 bell peppers, red, yellow and green, cut into pieces
  • 1 can tomato (s), chopped (400 g)
  • 3 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 small a glass water
  • 2 teaspoons oregano
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C. Quarter the zucchini lengthways and cut into approx. 1/2 cm thick slices. Mix with the pepper pieces, onion, garlic and olive oil. Stir in the tomatoes and water. Season with oregano, salt and pepper.
  2. Place on an oven tray and bake uncovered for 20 minutes. After 20 minutes, mix the vegetables and bake for another 20 minutes. The edges of the vegetables should turn a light brown.
  3. Serve as part of a mezze. In Turkish the dish is called: Firin Sebze.
