Ingredients

  • 1 kg carrot (s)
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 500 g natural yourt
  • 1 tablespoon peppermint, dried, rubbed
  • 2 tablespoon vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Peel the carrots and grate them into sticks. Finely chop the garlic. Heat a saucepan, add the oil and cook the grated carrots for about 15 minutes. In the meantime, put the yogurt, garlic, and peppermint in a bowl. When the cooking time is over, add the grated carrots to the bowl and mix everything well.
  2. Goes wonderfully with grilled or roasted meat and has a very refreshing taste.
