  • 600 g round beef
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 2 zucchini
  • 1 cup natural yogurt
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 bunch parsley
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder

Instructions

  1. Mix the yogurt and sour cream. Squeeze the garlic and add to the yoghurt, season with salt and pepper. Add chopped parsley and season to taste. Refrigerate!
  2. Cook the pasta. Clean the zucchini, coarsely grate one zucchini and cut the other into strips. Fry the minced meat and onion in oil and season with salt, pepper and paprika powder. Add the grated zucchini to the minced meat and fry briefly. Fry the sliced zucchini extra.
  3. And this is how it is served: First, place the pasta in portions in deep plates. Then spread the minced meat on top. Place the fried zucchini slices on top and top with a dollop of yoghurt.
