Instructions

  1. First quarter the potatoes, sucuk, onions and peppers lengthways, then cut into slices / rings. Fry the sucuk in a hot pan until crispy, add the potatoes and fry until crispy. Add onions, peppers, possibly a little oil and fry the onions over medium heat until translucent. Add the tomato paste, roast a little, then pour hot water over it so that the vegetables are covered. Allow to reduce a little, season to taste and serve hot. Flatbread goes very well with it. We often eat it for breakfast and sometimes for dinner. Tip: You can also add a handful of sliced mushrooms at the same time as the paprika.

About Editorial Staff

The Boss Kitchen editorial staff oversees content review, fact-checking, and recipe verification across the site. Published articles pass through the editorial team before going live, ensuring ingredient lists, techniques, cooking times, and nutritional claims hold up in a home kitchen. The team coordinates contributions across the site writers, handles reader corrections, and maintains consistency in measurement conventions, safety guidance, and dietary labeling. Posts under this byline typically represent team-reviewed reference material, site announcements, or editorial roundups rather than individual-author features, and they are held to the same sourcing standards as bylined recipe and product coverage.
