Instructions

  1. Thaw the puff pastry. Soak the rolls in warm water, peel the onion. Rinse, clean and core the peppers as you dice the onion. Skin and also dice the salami, grate the mushrooms, cut into slices.
  2. Heat the oil and fry the onion in it. Add paprika, salami and mushrooms and steam everything until the liquid has evaporated. Season with salt, pepper and pizza seasoning and allow to cool.
  3. Squeeze out the rolls, mix with the minced meat, eggs and vegetables.
  4. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C. Grease a springform pan (26cm). Place half of the puff pastry sheets on top of each other and roll out into a round shape (30 cm in diameter). Line the mold with it, pulling up one edge.
  5. Spread the mince on the dough. Place the remaining puff pastry sheets on top of each other, roll out a little larger than the shape, place over the filling. Press the protruding edge together. Cut a hole in the middle of the lid and brush it with whisked egg yolk.
  6. Bake the cake for about 50 minutes. Garnish with herbs before serving.
