Instructions

  1. Wash the rice, bring to the boil with a little water and simmer until it is well swollen. Then add milk and sugar. Bring to the boil, then simmer until it is no longer so runny. Mix some rice flour or starch with water and stir in. Fill into bowls and let cool. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
