Ingredients

  • 1 piece (s) turmeric, fresh
  • 1 piece (s) ginger, small or large, depending on the degree spiciness
  • 300 ml milk
  • 0.25 teaspoon ¼ cinnamon
  • 0.25 teaspoon ¼ coconut oil
  • some pepper, freshly ground
  • 1 teaspoon honey

Instructions

  1. Chop the turmeric and ginger. Put in a blender with the milk, cinnamon, coconut oil and the pepper and mix everything well.
  2. Then bring to the boil briefly in a saucepan and then let it steep for 5 minutes on the lowest level. Pour through a sieve into a cup and froth up with a milk frother. Finally add the honey.
  3. Tastes super delicious and is a perfect power drink, especially in the cold season.
