  • 2 port. Processed cheese, corners
  • 100 ml milk or cream
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • broth

Instructions

  1. Peel the turnip, carrots and onion and cut into pieces. Fry everything together in a tablespoon of oil and cook with the stock for about 25 minutes until everything is soft. Add the milk and the processed cheese and puree the soup. Season with salt, pepper and turmeric.
