  • 100 g bacon, mixed
  • 300 g turnip (s)
  • 250 ml cream
  • 750 ml broth
  • 100 g crabs
  • salt and pepper
  • Cayenne pepper
  • 1 pinch (s) sugar

Instructions

  1. Finely dice the onions, also dice HALF the bacon. Cut the turnip into small pieces.
  2. Heat the fat. Fry the onions and bacon, add the turnips and fry briefly, fill up with the stock and cream. Let the soup simmer on a low flame for about 15 minutes. Season to taste with all the spices.
  3. Dice the bacon very finely and fry until crispy in a pan without fat. Sprinkle the crab and bacon on the plates before serving.
