- 1 onion (s)
- 100 g bacon, mixed
- 300 g turnip (s)
- 250 ml cream
- 750 ml broth
- 100 g crabs
- salt and pepper
- Cayenne pepper
- 1 pinch (s) sugar

- Finely dice the onions, also dice HALF the bacon. Cut the turnip into small pieces.
- Heat the fat. Fry the onions and bacon, add the turnips and fry briefly, fill up with the stock and cream. Let the soup simmer on a low flame for about 15 minutes. Season to taste with all the spices.
- Dice the bacon very finely and fry until crispy in a pan without fat. Sprinkle the crab and bacon on the plates before serving.
