Instructions

  1. First cut the apple and the banana into small pieces. Put the oat flakes and the banana as well as the apple in a breakfast bowl or mug and mix so that all the fruit pieces are surrounded by oat flakes. Then add milk (amount as desired. If you want, you can add maple syrup or sugar to sweeten it.
  2. Of course, you can also use other fruits; cherries, kiwi and strawberries are just as suitable. You can only take one fruit.
