Twinkles Strawberry – Roses – Mango – Jam

Ingredients

• 1 kg strawberries, ripe, quartered
• 1 mango (s), ripe, peeled and diced
• 1 cup roses - leaves, unsprayed (only scented roses !!)
• 1 cup amaretto
• 500 g preservin suar, 2: 1
• 20 g citric acid

Instructions

1. Put everything in a large saucepan, bring to the boil, puree and skim off the foam. Do a gel test and then pour into hot glasses Tastes wonderful on yeast plait, in yoghurt or in a Swiss roll.
