500 g marzipan raw mass
8 egg (s), depending on size

Instructions

Crumble the marzipan mixture into a bowl. Gradually stir in 2 eggs with the mixer. Keep stirring until the dough has no more lumps. Then pour the batter into a greased springform pan.
In the oven at 140 degrees. After 10 minutes turn down to 100 - 110 degrees. After another 35-40 minutes, test with the knitting needle whether the cake is done. In fact, nothing sticks to it anymore.
